By three in the morning Katnip was still at the table, up 3,960 on one spin and down 1,000 on the next, and by Wednesday night the same table had taken back two more bets in a row, 345 scrap and 172 scrap, right before closing time.
The rest of the island kept its usual rhythm. Card readers clicked 803 times this week and crews cracked 599 puzzle rooms, one of them, opened Monday night, sitting solved for over thirteen hours before anyone bothered to collect the loot inside. The planters turned over 884 harvest sessions of corn, hemp, wheat, and four colours of berry, and 415 residents logged a combined 6,316 hours getting through it all, putting down 12.9 thousand NPCs and stripping 71.7 thousand barrels along the way.
The sky gave the island two properly clear days, Wednesday and Monday, bookending a rougher stretch: a squally Friday and Saturday with fog banks thickening to 0.55, well past the island's usual haze, a showery Sunday that turned over more often than any other day this week, and passing showers on either end of Tuesday. Thirteen days into the wipe, fifteen remain.
A puzzle room sits cracked for thirteen hours before anyone claims the loot
The alarm log ran hot all week: 803 keycard swipes, 599 puzzle rooms solved, 331 crates started cold. Traffic clustered hard around a handful of grids, Power Plant's W6 and Large Harbor's E2 came up again and again in the sample, along with a steady stream through Military Tunnel and the Oil Rigs. Jeff was the busiest hand on the readers, 45 swipes across the week by the honours count. Most puzzle rooms fell inside a couple of hours of opening, but Monday night into Tuesday produced the week's outlier: a room that took over thirteen hours to crack, and then sat looted for another thirteen before anyone came to collect it, a very patient prize.
Eleven thousand scrap changes hands and most of it changes back

Stormnado's crate run gets quieter, and nobody else even tries
Stormnado spent Sunday afternoon working one stretch of seabed, ten crates surfaced between 17:56 and 18:36, less than half of the eighteen-crate run that made the seabed's name last week but still the only sustained dive the island logged all week. The rest of the traffic below the surface stayed social rather than industrious: Mikroft and WifeofMikroft made three separate round trips together across the week, a foursome including mento and crispycrips went down together Tuesday night and surfaced a little over an hour later, and one diver went down, straight back up, and back down again within a minute early Wednesday morning, apparently having forgotten something.
Eight hundred eighty four sessions at the planters, one very long life
Corn, hemp, wheat, pumpkin, and four colours of berry moved through the plots in 884 harvest sessions this week, with Snake Hates Crocs putting in more time at the planters than anyone else, 80 harvests by the honours count. Among the life summaries checked in, GrandpaDrudge's stood out: 49.5 hours alive in a single stretch, most of it spent between base and the wild with six scientists and six animals down along the way. Not every life ran that long. One check-in on Saturday clocked in at just under eight hours alive with 176 scientists killed in that stretch, a pace that makes GrandpaDrudge's patience look almost restful by comparison.
One parachute jump all week, and a short one at that
DaRK's Thursday afternoon jump was the island's only recorded parachute drop of the week, 1,398 units of glide off a 46.1 metre deploy and just 6.4 seconds of air, over almost before it started. On the ground, 86 scrap sales passed through NPC vendors, with DutchRuddur moving more scrap than anyone else, 4,500 by the honours count. Five cars went through the shredder, four of them inside two minutes early Saturday morning, and cargo kept moving regardless, 51 egress runs and 9 completed missions logged across the week.
Military Tunnel becomes the week's favourite first loot
Elite first-loots kept coming all week, 552 of them, with Military Tunnel's W13 turning into the busiest single grid, claimed and reclaimed by a rotating cast including M!TZ!, Blackbeard, and EasyStr33t. Mento led the pack overall with 43 elite loots by the honours count. Medics logged 36 healings against 36 assists, almost always in matched pairs at the same moment, the island's quieter form of teamwork. On the wipe's bigger ledger, Jeff continues to lead the NPC count at 878 kills, with Ty6xxx second at 732 and mento third at 585, while EasyStr33t still holds this wipe's playtime record at 143.3 hours, a long way from the 242.2 hours that closed out the season before it.
The week's specialists
Katnip's 11,000 scrap payout is the number everyone will be talking about, but GrandpaDrudge's 49.5 hour life and mento's 43 elite loots were quieter kinds of stamina, the sort that don't show up in a single dramatic screenshot. Jeff's 45 keycard swipes and Snake Hates Crocs's 80 harvests round out a week where the island rewarded patience more often than luck, Katnip excepted.

Katnip's Tuesday started at Military Tunnel a little after two in the morning, an elite crate claimed at W13 before the night had properly begun. From there it was a quick tour of the coast: a double swipe through X-2's upper levels at Oil Rig four minutes apart, a level three card through Large Oil Rig's AF13 twenty minutes after that, and a crate started at F1 as the sun came up, the kind of loop a resident runs without needing to think about it anymore.
The real story came that evening at Bandit Camp. Starting at 17:23, four wheel spins in ten minutes turned into a 3,000 scrap payout, then a 2,000, then the 11,000 scrap jackpot that made the week's honours list, with a couple of losing bets folded in between so it never looked too easy. Katnip kept at the table past three the next morning, up 3,960 on one spin, down 1,000 flat on the next, and was still there Wednesday night when the wheel took back 345 and then 172 scrap in the space of a minute, right before the week closed out.
